Hi, I’m Kristin Fitzgerald—a running coach who believes that 5Ks and 10Ks are powerful distances for building strength, speed, and self-belief.
I’ve been the runner who used miles for stress relief, the runner who trained without much of a plan, and the runner who finally found structure and realized what was actually possible with a little guidance and a lot of consistency.

2026 Shamrock 5K
A 6 week training group open to runners of any experience level looking to improve their performance.
B3 Training Block
Train for and race both the Shamrock 5K and the Sole of the City 10K! This is a 13 week training group for those who want to make serious progress.
