Naval Bagel is an excellent local bagel shop for pre or post run carbs. They have a wide variety of bagels and topping to choose from making it a great place to satisfy any runner. Plus they have multiple locations including one right on the B&A Trail (Arnold location) makes it an extremely convenient spot for a post run meal.
My personal favorite at Naval Bagel is the Annapolitan (Jumbo Lump Crab, Scrambled Egg, Melted Cheddar, Old Bay Seasoning) on an everything bagel since you can never go wrong with crab in Maryland.
There is seating inside naval bagel as well as park benches on the trail spot behind the bagel shop. The only thing better than enjoying a bagel on a nice on the trail? Doing so with your dog! Naval Bagel is also Zeus approved 🙂
